1. Be civil. Treat all members with respect. Personal attacks, harassment, and threats are prohibited.
2. Stay on topic. Post in the appropriate forum and keep replies relevant to the thread subject.
3. No spam or advertising. Do not post unsolicited promotions, chain messages, or repetitive content.
4. Search before posting. Check existing threads to avoid duplicate discussions.
5. One account per member. Duplicate or shared accounts are not permitted.
6. Post lawful content only. Do not share pirated software, illegal material, or content you lack the right to distribute.
7. Respect privacy. Do not publish another member's personal information without consent.
8. Keep it appropriate. Explicit, obscene, or offensive material is not allowed.
9. Use clear titles. Write descriptive subject lines. Avoid excessive capitalization and punctuation.
10. Do not reopen locked threads. A closed discussion is final unless a moderator states otherwise.
11. Report, do not retaliate. Contact a moderator to address violations rather than responding in kind.
12. Moderator decisions are final. Direct appeals to the administrator by e-mail.

Violations may result in a warning, suspension, or permanent ban depending on severity. These rules were last revised on 1 June 1998 and are subject to change without notice.
